  • How long will it take for a credit to appear on my billing statement once I return merchandise?

    We ask for 30 days after See Kai Run receives your return for the refund to be processed. After the refund has been completed, please allow up to 2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your card statement.
  • What does Final Sale mean?

    Styles marked Final Sale are items which cannot be returned for refund or exchange.
